Lovely Easter

Today we did only mildly religious things for Easter. Took a walk to look at the flowers. Saw some folks hiding Easter eggs in their yard. Watched a show involving a church ("Rockford Files"). Watched a show involving someone coming back from the dead ("iZombie"). You know, the usual Easter stuff.

We also slept in. Ate salad. I also got to practice Spanish with one of my classmates who is a cashier at the local coop.

A lovely day. Hope y'all had some nice things happen during your weekend as well.

We've been enjoying iZombie! I love a show that doesn't take itself too seriously.

I don't know--it seems a little serious. Does passion really correlate with self-centeredness, for example?

I would say it depends on what your passion is for. If passion is your means of accessing whatever artistic vision you have inside if you somewhere sure. But any sort of strong emotion could work, so anger, depression, manic happiness, etc could also correlate with self-centeredness, if it's all about the individual and his vision. But it's good to remember correlation is not causation!

Ha! Oh, those Easter Zombies... I suppose in a certain sense Jesus could be considered the original Zombie. Hmmm...

Anyhow, CatMan and I had a lovely Easter too. It was beautiful weather so we went for a 45 mile bike ride - did one of our favorite rides that takes us on a big loop through the southwest part of the metro area. The crabapples are in bloom, so every time we'd ride past a cluster of trees the air was full of the sweet smell of blossoms. It totally rocked!!!
