My Ideal for a Perfect Reality Show

I've watched hardly any reality shows, but still I have opinions about how they should be designed. Which I will now spew for your reading pleasure!
Just like normal reality shows, you would bring a bunch of skilled people together with experts and watch their journey.
You might also look at personality when choosing participants, but instead of picking people who will cause drama, pick people who are nice and who are fun. Even the judges are not allowed to be mean--no one is allowed to be mean. (Should the show be in Canada?)
Then, don't kick people out. Maybe you could still rank people on each episode and then have overall winners at the end. Or you could have a group project. And then silly individual awards at the end like "Person most likely to find an excuse to include flowers."
There could be a segment where they read letters or show pictures or videos from people who watch the show and were inspired to do something. ("Women's magazines" do this sometimes. And people do this with Pinterest entries sometimes, which can get quite hilarious.)
