Review: New Favorite Burger in Town

Last night we went to North by Northwest and there I found my new favorite burger. It's still not ideal (no whole-grain bun), but it's flavorful and grease doesn't drip down my arm.
When I first moved here, Burger Tex had my favorite burgers for a long time. Sure, they're dripping in grease and have fried white buns (mm, fried white buns), but so yummy.
Then I tried the burger at La Palapa and that became my new favorite. Just as tasty without all the grease. Sure, it's a little embarrassing to order such a gringo choice from this Tex-Mex place, but it was so good.
But then one day after bragging about them, we brought my dad and one of his co-workers there, and the co-worker was unimpressed. And the next time I ate a burger there, I was unimpressed, too. So sad. I don't know what happened.
Then for some reason we went to Fuddrucker's which then became my new favorite. I haven't actually had a Burger Tex burger in probably over a decade, so I'm not sure how they compare, but the latter is closer to my house, so I decided when I want greasy, cheesy goodness, I want Fuddrucker's.
Until yesterday. The burger at North by Northwest is not greasy or even particularly cheesy, but it's perfectly cooked and tastes really good.
