In a Good Way
Feb. 21st, 2008 08:04 pmI'm still a bit sleepy, have less energy and brain power than I'm used to, and am less patient (in other words, more snippy) than usual. Sad.
But I'm also still thinner than I'm used to being lately (in a good way). Of course sleepy brain-dead snippy people can still eat like pigs, so I'm trying not to do that and trying to increase my exercise gradually. Here are my step counts over the last week:
today: 7263 so far
yesterday: 6848
the day before: 6565
the day before that: 3446
the day before that: 2138
the day before that: 1038
the day before that: 802
the day before that: 1003
So that's all good. Some calisthenics to keep my muscles from atrophying would be a good idea, too. I don't suppose typing counts as a muscle-building activity.

I am doing pretty well for not actually trying to exercise. Though sweeping, mopping, cleaning, & hammering in nails should totally count.
