Broker, Body Flow, Bread, and Ball Gowns

So I went back to my broker and finished my plan. This involved filling out another application for another account (my third with them!) and then, with yet another form, rolling over the money from the second account into the third account. But now it's done.

Then I found the gym at Tech Ridge and went to a Body Flow class. I am not so great at balancing as I once was. And my muscles were all rubbery afterwards, which is good.
I also looked at their pool. It's the shape of a three-lane lap pool, but it's divided into one lane plus 2/3 of a pool. Odd. I guess they can hold a class while one or two people are swimming laps.
They also have a movie theatre with aerobics machines in front of a big movie screen in a dark room. Interesting.

Then I checked out the Tech Ridge HEB. They have two kinds of sale tags. One kind says "sale." Those are nice. The other kind says "blow-out." Those are better. I was forced to buy more pumpkin at $0.44 per can. They also had canned cranberry sauce super cheap.
They also had my new favorite everyday sandwich bread: Alvarado Street Baker sprouted whole wheat bread. I doubt I'll ever find it again. Still, check out these ingredients: sprouted organic whole wheat berries, filtered water, organic dates, wheat gluten, sea salt, organic raisins, fresh yeast, soy based lecithin, cultured wheat. It's real food!
I've been getting annoyed with bread lately, feeling like it all tastes fake. I actually found some with no yeast. And getting bread with actual fiber in it is no longer a reliable sign. I think they take some kind of flour foam and add bran and food coloring and then bake that into a bread shape.
This stuff is yummy, tastes like bread, does not crumble like cake would, has 3g of fiber per slice, is sliced thinly so it has only 90 calories per slice, and is filling. Seriously, I was starving when I got home, so I made myself a toasted turkey and cheese sandwich on this cute smallish bread and it was almost enough food. I then made another half sandwich.
**
After mall walking we looked into some stores. A friend and I tried on beautiful gowns. Wow, I want one of these one day. I don't know when I'd use it; I'd probably just overdress for some of my friends' parties. The ones we tried on were nice, but require wearing extremely high heels (or lots of hemming). Also, they were not perfect in every way. Still, stunning and fun.
