Doh! Thirty Percent!

I was wrong about having a surprisingly low amount of fat in my diet. You're supposed to have less than 30%, not less than 50%. When did I mislearn that? Gah.

I do not have less than 30% of my calories coming from fat.

In other news, for those who were worried, I do still enjoy ballroom dancing. I had great fun this evening.
