Oddly Chilled

livingdebThis is the first summer I've been looking forward to winter so I won't have to be so cold all the time. It is actually now possible for me to feel chilled at 83 degrees (28C). That is messed up.
In winter I will be able to dress warmly all the time and not have to keep switching between inside and outside. I can just get used to it being chilly everywhere.
