Today it was problem after problem. Depressing. I solved some and had to pass some on. Passing on a problem is not as easy as it sounds. It was like asking my parents for help on my math homework. First I have to explain everything I know so far. Then I have to explain why I'm confused on the current issue.
At lunch I went to a brown-bag seminar on how to build community in very large classes, put on by the DIIA (Division of Instructional Innovation and something-or-other). I expected a lot of professors to be there, but there were only three, and two of them were presenters. Everyone else was from the DIIA. Very odd. One of them recognized me; wish I recognized her.
No-sugar update - last night I had to resist dark chocolate and today I had to resist peppermint. I probably ate too many pretzels. Other than that, still fine.
