Dangerous Eating

Overheard:

R (overhearing part of conversation out of context): Eating ice cream is a killing offense?

M: Yes, when it's the last pint. Of a discontinued flavor.

R: Oh.

It was candied ginger ice cream. She's going to try asking a local ice cream place to make that flavor. She doesn't feel like making ice cream herself. I suggested it might also work to mix candied ginger in with store-bought vanilla ice cream.

I think I've seen ginger ice cream at the Indian supermarkets, though I don't know if it's with candied ginger pieces... regardless, yum!
