livingdebToday there are two very different entries about change on my friends list.
And another friend also just watched a Jane Austen movie.
Remember how last year I got a promotion with a really big raise, and I finally am making more than a first-year teacher in AISD? Partly since they didn't get any raise at all?
Well, this year it looks like they will be getting a really be raise, so first-year teachers will again be making more than I am making now. But I just learned that by then I will have gotten a 3% raise, so I'll be making more than them after all.
