Yep, Baker's Joy (or the generic equivalent from HEB or Walmart) works great. I'd follow the cooling instructions to unmold after 10 minutes (that's similar to instructions I've seen for various other shaped bundt pans)onto your serving plate or a cardboard cake board if you'll be traveling with it. Then, when it's completely cooled, but the pan back over it to keep it from drying out and to cover it while traveling. Add the powdered sugar or glaze just before serving wherever you take it to. If you add either too early, it will kind of disappear into the cake. You might watch for a box (Tupperware, bakery, tin, etc) that's just large enough to accommodate the pan and a cake board that you could use for transport as well. I wouldn't worry too much about how hard it is to clean. As long as you stick to recipes designed for bundt pans, it should come out pretty clean, and the boiling water and soap will always soften up any oopsies for easy removal.
