Record Keeping
Mar. 28th, 2008 06:24 pmI haven't jogged in forever. There have been times in my life when I jogged regularly, every other day. What's so different now?
I'm not unemployed, that's what. All the times I've jogged regularly I didn't have a job (except being a student, with a fellowship) or it was sort of part of my job.
So, when I have to prioritize, with the amount of free time I currently have, jogging rarely makes it high enough on the list to actually get done.
I'm going to start paying more attention to how I'm spending my free time. This is like when people write down every penny they spend or every calorie they eat. And then afterwards they sometimes can find something that costs a lot (of money or calories) that they don't mind skipping or making a substitution for. I'm going to do that.
