So lately I've been spending my free time reading. R. just got several books on Disney World and they are fun. My exhaustive research has shown that I will not be updating my journal (online) while I am there. As you may know, I have a long and honorable tradition of refusing to pay $10 per night for internet services. So while you do get to hear from Chikuru in Mali, you will not get to hear from me in Florida. Pathetic.

I did learn a few other interesting things. You can get free cups of ice and free cups of water there. And there are plenty of water fountains. The water is said to taste like sulphur, so one person recommended bringing a water bottle that has a filter in it. It's good to know that one needn't pay $3 per bottle of water to keep hydrated.

Another interesting recommendation is to buy the $7 double cheeseburger and order an extra bun for $0.70. Then you can make two cheeseburgers for a bargain price! You can also order kids' meals at the counters, even if you're not a kid. And you can order a la carte even if only combos are listed.

Officially you are not allowed to bring food into the place, but when people actually do it, the people who check the backpacks often commend them for their foresight.

These are all good to know.

One of the books spells out the most efficient way to get to all the best rides in one day even on days when the place is crowded. That's way cool.

Several reviews have commented on how the rooms at the cheapest on-site properties are very, very small. They are only 260 square feet. That's about twice the size of my bedroom, so if that's the biggest complaint, we're good.

This is all boring to people who are not about to go to Disney World, but very interesting to me. Sorry, guys.

**

I slept 9.5 hours the other night and was still tired the next day. Just because I haven't slept long enough in days, I don't see why I should be tired. The problem is that like a little kid, I don't want to go to bed because I would rather stay up and do stuff. But after a while, it just doesn't work any more. For example I get stepped on a lot more in dance class when I'm so tired.

Sorry, folks. Just too sleepy to do a good job this evening. Brain mushy. Night-night.
