Chores and Fun
Jul. 30th, 2006 03:50 pmI reorganized half my pantry this weekend. Now it's a walk-in pantry today. I also caught up on all the laundry, including sheets. Robin vacuumed things, including fan blades.
We also watched some movies. We watched "Matador" via Netflix. I don't know what it's about. Actually, I know what it's about: an assassin and a businessman meet. The assassin is attracted to the businessman because he is everything the assassin is not. I don't know why it was made. Is it about friendship? Caution? Assassination techniques? We watched it because Pierce Brosnan is playing someone course, which is interesting. I don't remember if he actually burped, but you get the picture.
We watched the second "Pirates of the Caribbean" at Alamo Drafthouse. It was just as you would have expected if you had seen the first one. Fun, silly, scary, disgusting, etc.
Now we're going to a friend's house for hamburgers and another movie.
