College Towns
Sep. 20th, 2005 06:15 amI love college towns because you never have to be at a loss for interesting things to do. For example, tomorrow there is a panel on Shakespeare and the Law:
Actors from the Spirit of Shakespeare perform portions of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" at 6:30 p.m. at UT Law's Eidman Courtroom. The dramatization is performed in conjunction with a panel discussion discussing one character's reference to "the windy side of the law." Law and literature Professor Jack Getman moderates the panel of experienced Shakespearean directors.
I'm not actually going to that. But if I was in a lonely-and-bored phase of my life, I would.
