One person I know who had this did eventually get diabetes and then did lose a lot of weight and change her diet. She's also in menopause now. I haven't kept up with how her PCOS was going.
The other person I know has a completely stressful life right now. I don't see her making this kind of change at all. But I will bring up the possibility.
