Thanks for sharing your experiment. I am a big fan of this kind of experimentation!
I'm glad you found a way to drastically reduce your migraines--those are horrible. (I don't get migraines, but I do sometimes get headaches that are like mini-migraines--I don't want my collar too tight, I squint when I go outside in the sun, etc.--and those are bad enough. I'm also super lucky that ibuprofen cures them.)
So one question is whether plastics are bad for some people and not others or whether it's bad for everyone, but only some people show early symptoms. I suspect the latter. But I'm one of those rare women who does not notice any side effects to fluctuating estrogen levels--so maybe I'm immune to plastic. Like I said above, though, I should really switch to glass (or metal) for re-heating my food.
Plastic mouth guard! I hadn't even thought of that!
On sunscreen, I've done an experiment myself. I finally found a sunscreen I was willing to put on every day (you spray it on, so it's quick). At my next annual physical I was diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency. So that really works! I still wear sunscreen but also take a Vitamin D supplement. (Even though everyone agrees it's better to get your Vitamin D from the sun.)
