Well, I will add my lightly educated conjectures to the mix! First if all, life is bad for you. I guarantee that if you live long enough life will kill you, so don't worry too much about the details.

Margarine-I still eat it, just in small quantities. Some things are just easier with margarine. I hate treating up my bread trying to spread hard butter on it.

Plastic-food grade plastic at least is also relatively inert at lower temps. Given that you generally only keep leftovers for a few days, it's highly unlikely that storage in plastic well have any bad effects. If you're concerned, maybe switch your long term storage to glass (flour, sugar, pasta, etc), and warm up your leftovers on your ceramic or glass plates/bowls. That said, I did switch to glass storage (with plastic lids) for my leftovers, because it's much easier to clean and doesn't stain. Costco sells a set of glass containers that nest for $30.

Sugar-is necessary for life. Sugar is not the enemy, just like fat and salt are not the enemy. All required for life. Everything in moderation, and it's probable that less processed is better. You generally eat a very healthy well-rounded diet, so I doubt a brownie for dessert is going to hurt you.

Jogging-personally I think all exercise is bad for your health ;-) but I understand I'm in the minority on that! I have an uncle who's run 5-10 miles a day for 30+ years and runs marathons, and to my knowledge he's only had minor running-related injuries. I'm sure he's pretty vigilant about proper form and decent shoes. If you want to jog or run, perhaps go to a runner's meet-up. I'm sure some of the more seasoned runners would be happy to critique your form and give you advice about the shoes.

Sunscreen-I'm pretty much screwed on this one myself. Regular skin checks, I guess. At least skin cancer is one of the more curable cancers if you catch it early enough!
