I was lucky this time that for the person I didn't like, I could clearly point to her communication skills (and lack thereof) which are vital for the position. Similarly, for the person I most liked, I could point to several specific qualities which would be great to have for the position.

On the other hand, the person who had my favorite resume, who made me think "I love her," did not have enough things I could point to as signs of being good for the job. My other two colleagues who were reviewing the resumes didn't even remember hers.
